Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation in the First Information Report against the present petitioner and that he is an old man aged about 81 years and also this petitioner is having several disease for which medical prescriptions have been annexed, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on
