1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 404 of 2025, whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners belong to poor family and they were outside the State of Bihar and were residing in the State of Assam

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27677 of 2025(2) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 for earning their livelihood, as such, they could not surrender within stipulated time. He, accordingly, prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the learned District Court.

4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order dated 05.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 404 of 2025 be extended by further two weeks from today subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 2,000/- before the District Legal Services Authority, Siwan.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
