The present writ application has been filed for directing the respondent, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna to make necessary correction/change in the matriculation certificate and mark-sheet of the petitioner in which her name and the name of her father have been recorded as Kumari Sonu and Kedarnath Tiwari respectively instead of Sonu Kumari D/O Kedar Tiwari.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has been filed before the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna for correction of the name of the petitioner and her father's name but no decision has been taken.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for

Patna High Court CWJC No.7195 of 2022(3) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 the Board, referring to Annexure-G dated 24.09.2022 to the counter affidavit, submits that by the said Annexure-G, the petitioner has been directed to furnish certain documents for consideration of her claim but the documents sought for by the Board have not been furnished by the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in reply, submits that all the documents referred to in Annexure-G dated 24.09.2022 shall be submitted by the petitioner before the concerned authority of the Board within a period of three weeks.

In view of the nature of dispute and the fact that the petitioner has agreed to furnish the documents called for by the Board within three weeks, I direct the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna to take final decision upon the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the documents submitted by the petitioner.

7. With the above observation and direction, the petition stands disposed of.
