In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.332 of 2008, registered for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basically it is a civil dispute.
It appears that the complaint case has been lodged in the year 2008, till date the Police has not apprehended the petitioner and there cannot be an apprehension of arrest after 10 years.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18749 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
