JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 28.04.2022, issued by the Circle Officer, Kursela, Katihar, i.e. the respondent no.7, but the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate objection/reply to the said notice dated 28.04.2022, however, seeks a direction upon the respondent no.07 to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law and till then prays for grant of

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file his reply/objection within a period of four weeks from today to the aforesaid notice dated 28.04.2022, whereupon the respondent no. 7 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law and till then status quo existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioners in question, shall be maintained.
