2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the father of the deceased and it is a case of honour killing.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2025.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that the petitioner is said to have killed his
