2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This petitioner, in collusion with other accused person, misappropriated huge amount of government money under the 'Nal Jal Yojna'.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner had earlier approached District Magistrate- Hajipur, Vaishali and raised her serious objection regarding the irregularities happening in the ward no. 7 and informed the District Magistrate regarding misappropriation of government aid by Mukhiya & Panchayat Secretary and only thereafter, the present FIR was lodged.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner was president of WIMC Committee and entire government money was transferred in the account of this petitioner and said amount has been disbursed, but no work was done under the said scheme.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
