The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1) For that direction may be given to the concerned respondent to grant promotion to the petitioner by way of providing the benefit of 1" and 2nd A.C.P.

II) For that direction may be given to the concerned respondents to provide all the consequential relief to the petitioner according to the benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Chief Engineer, Road Construction Department, North Bihar Wing for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed before the Chief Engineer, Road Construction Department, North Bihar Wing, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
