The short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur for redressal of his grievances regarding illegal appointment of the private respondent no. 4 and the petitioner being denied appointment as a P.D.S. dealer.
