Patna High Court CWJC No.7263 of 2020 dt.26-08-2020 2/3 "(i)To provide essential commodities and medicines to the flood victims of ward no.9 and 7 of Banauli Panchayat by way of ensuring "community kitchen" and other extra facilities related to floods. (ii) For issuance of appropriate order or direction for taking legal action against the responsible officials who could not provide the essential commodities, medicines and other extra facilities to the flood victims. (iii) For any other order(s) or direction(s) for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the matter as stated hereinafter." After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Circle Officer before whom he has filed a detailed representation explaining his grievances which are required to be redressed by him.
The Circle Officer, Singhwara, Darbhanga is directed to consider representation filed by petitioner and shall take all the necessary steps to redress the grievances of the petitioner within 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of order passed by this Court. However, if any grievance of the petitioner still survives, liberty reserve to him to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law.
