1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s commanding the Respondents for the following.

RELIEFS :- A. Issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to grant First and second Assured Carrier progression (A.C.P.) / M.A.C.P. to the petitioner who is entitled since 25-06-2007.

B. The Respondents are further be directed to pay the entire arrears of difference of salary and consequential benefits from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20791 of 2013(2) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 his entitlement of A.C.P. / M.A.C.P.

C. To grant such other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitle too as well as interest/penal interest and Litigation cost."

2. The respondents have stated that there is not received in the Service Book of the petitioner, from the Office of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Nalanda, which has now been received and the District Screening Committee, it could not be resolved in the meeting held on 18.10.2013.

3. If the petitioner has not been granted the benefit, the same shall be now granted within a period of two months.

4. It is made clear that the assurance was given in the year 2013 and the benefit has not been released even till date, the same shall be released along with the interest @ 9%.

5. The writ petition stands allowed.
