The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is no material against them in the whole case diary.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
