JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)4/26/35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner has been arrested with a country made pistol and one live cartridge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
