The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 323, 341, 307, 354(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that it would appear from the supplementary affidavit, there is case and counter case between the parties. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner nos. 2 to 6 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S.
