2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding and directing the state respondents hereinabove to get the lands having Khata No.- 1134, appertaining to Khesra no. 361, 362, 363, 368, 390, 391, 392 and 394, measuring

Patna High Court CWJC No.6656 of 2026(2) dt.16-06-2026 2/3 total area of land 1 Acre 18 decimals free from the illegal physical possession of the private respondents mentioned above and the aforesaid lands falls within Mauza Gangapur, Thana No.- 83, P.S.- Kishunganj District- Saharsa and lands in question is recorded in the name of ancestor of the petitioner as per khatiyan and since the grandfather namely Shashi Mandal of the petitioner died before several years back and therefore the aforesaid land devolved upon the petitioner by inheritance as a legal heir to the grandfather of the petitioner. The further prayer of the petitioner hereinabove is to command and direct the state respondents hereinabove to facilitate the petitioner for cultivation/physical possession over the lands in question which is obstructed by the private respondents hereinabove as and when the petitioner hereinabove tries to have physical possession over the lands and to cultivate the same season wise."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to seek alternate remedy in
