Prayer in the application is for enforcing the order passed in favour of the petitioner in in Title Suit No. 38/3 of 1952-53 and Title Appeal No. 223/78 of 1953.

After making submissions at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she would move the appropriate/competent authority for providing police protection to her so that the orders passed by the court (authority) are enforced.
