JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 This Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11441 of 2017 by extending the time of surrender before the court of learned A.C.J.M.-cum-sub-Judge Ist, Muzaffapur in connection with Kazimohammadpur P. S. Case No. 297 of 2016 as he could not surrender in the light of order dated 22.03.2017 as the petitioner was out of the town and he was not properly informed and when he got knowledge he came to surrender but till then the time has elapsed.

Considering the grounds reasonable, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned court below within fortnight from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail in terms of the order dated 22.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11441 of 2017. In the result, this modification application is allowed.
