2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. Case No. 541 of 2022 arising out of Sanjhauli P.S.Case No. 01 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34, of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier, twice the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. The petitioner is main assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2022.

5. The trial court report dated 29.06.2024 has been received, wherein out of seven witnesses, five witnesses have

5. In these circumstances, this bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early , preferably, within three months.
