Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects whatsoever surviving relating to Cr. Appeal (SJ)2645/2017 have been removed but after expiry of the peremptory time allowed vide order dated 01.11.2017 and that being so, stretching the effect of order dated 01.11.2017, Cr. Appeal (SJ)2645/2017 is directed to be restored to its original status, on account thereof, Cr.Misc. No. 4495/2018 is allowed.
