JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is that he robbed off Rs. 14,000/- from informant at the point of pistol. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is in custody since 27.5.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against petitioner. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The looted article is said to have been recovered from possession of other co-accused, namely, Chanchal Kunwar. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, District-Sheohar, in connection with
