JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 22-04-2019 This miscellaneous application is filed for restoration of Misc. Appeal No. 722 of 2009 which has got dismissed for non compliance of the peremptory order dated 27.11.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner in reference to the pleadings in the restoration application, submits that it is due to the circumstances mentioned that the order could not be carried out but prays for two weeks time to remove the defects so pointed out by the office.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while allowing time until 06.05.2019 to learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the office in
