2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 887 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66(c) and 66(d) of the I.T. Act. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 3.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70373 of 2024 which reads as under:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 887/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/468/120(B) of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29594 of 2025(6) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 Code and Section 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. The petitioner was running a call centre in which he had employed females and was committing fraud by making calls and misguiding the persons to download AnyDesk App and thereafter, money lying in their accounts were transferred. The petitioner has been found to be the kingpin of the entire crime.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.

5. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the charges are going to be framed against the petitioner on the next date of hearing i.e. on 11.02.2026.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds no new ground to review its earlier order.
