26-11-2015 In the present writ petition, the petitioner has claimed interest on the delayed payment of rent.
The Court is of the opinion that such dispute may not be adjudicated while exercising writ jurisdiction. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition so that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
