The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 378 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 380, 504 and 506
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41618 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that specific allegation of assault upon the informant and her husband is against co-accused Samir and Irshad, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 378 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
