1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner through the present application has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for grant of the following reliefs:- i. For issuance of writ of Certiorari to set aside the Final District wise Merit List published by the Circle office, Muzaffarpur dated 11.04.2018 as against the advertisement dated 30.08.2017 for

Patna High Court CWJC No.11351 of 2021(3) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 recruitment of Permanent Part Time/ Full Time Sweeper, as being in teeth of para 20.6 of chapter XX of Bipartite Settlement on account of rejection of candidature of the petitioner without giving him any preference for his past service.

ii. For issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent bank to include the name of the petitioner in the select list by publishing a revised merit list in strict adherence of the mandated contained in para 20.6 of chapter XX of Bipartite settlement.

iii. For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to give effect to the final merit list published on 11.04.2018 at least to the extent it is in breach of para 20.6 of chapter XX of Bipartite settlement."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
