2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 275/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have killed his wife. Anti mortem injuries have been found on the body of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 10.08.2023.

5. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.
