The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kurhani (Kudhani) P.S. Case no. 365 of 2017, registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In course of regressing to the house all the accused persons including the petitioners encircled him and on the order

No.25115 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/3 of Sanjay Sahani Kamal Sahani assaulted the informant by means of iron rod and when other persons rushed in his rescue Chandan Sahani, Ram Raj Sahani, Manish Kumar, Amrit Sahani, Satendra Sahani, Balindra Sahani and Ranjeet Sahani assaulted them by means of iron rod.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place as no one has sustained any sort of injury. The petitioners are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case by the informant in order to save his skin in the case filed by the petitioners earlier to the case under hand. The allegations levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. They have no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Kamal Sahani and others have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.59972 of 2018 vide order dated 10.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
