1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) That the present writ application is filed for issuance of writ "MANDMUS" in nature, directing the respondent authorities to declare the result of petitioner because she has requisite criteria of Height but unfairly she has disqualified by respondent no. 3.

(ii) Further to direct the respondent to consider the case of petitioner for selection to the post of constable if she succeeded in all test.

(iii) Further to pass an order to publish the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11246 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 merit list of entire candidates both who were selected and who were not selected."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
