The appellant has not removed defects no. 1, 6 and 7, as pointed out by the office. The defects yet continued. Having heard Mr. S.D.Sanjay, learned Addl. Solicitor General, who appears with Mr. Alok Kumar Agrawal for the appellant, we allow the appellant to remove the defects by 3rd May, 2019 and with the direction above we allow this application to restore M.A.No. 723/2009 to its file.

The restoration application is allowed.
