Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 307, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.10.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
