The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B)34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is a case of murder of informant's married daughter, namely, Kavita Devi by the accused persons due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur, Petitioner no.2 is Dewar and Petitioner no.3 is Gotani of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55593 of 2015 (3) dt.24-02-2016 the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. They have no concern with the affairs of the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikarahana, Motihari subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
