After considering the representation, as is evident from Annexure B dated 19.12.2015, certain claims have been paid and an amount of Rs.3,10,633/- has been paid to the petitioner. Now the petitioner disputes the quantification of the claims and says that he is entitled to certain further benefits.

Looking to the nature of the order passed by the

Patna High Court MJC No.3375 of 2015 dt.09-02-2018 2/2 respondents, no further indulgence is called for in the matter. In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, with regard to the manner in which the claims have been settled or decided, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law in an appropriate proceeding.

With the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner, this application is disposed of.
