Nearly seven years thereafter the present writ application has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent-Central Public Works Department, Patna for payment of the amount.

In view of the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue his further claim before the competent authority.
