Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.04.2022, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 46173 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to clerical mistake, the name of the police station was typed as Riga police station in place of Sitamarhi police station and hence the petitioner could

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 29.04.2022, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 46173 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. It is further clarified that the name of the police station shall be read as Sitamarhi police station in place of Riga police station. Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
