Petitioner, in the present writ application, seeks payment of retiral dues, including gratuity, leave encashment and also prays for arrears of salary. The petitioner was an employee of the erst-while Siwan Chhetriya Gramin Bank, which has merged with the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank and superannuated on 31.07.2011.

Considering the nature of the claim, made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the General Manager, Uttar Bihar Gramin

Patna High Court CWJC No.7889 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 Bank, Head Office, Muzaffarpur, which will be disposed of within a period of three months by respondent no. 4. Any amount, due to the petitioner, would be paid within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order sent through registered post.
