The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the victim girl in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. before the Court below stated that she came out herself from her house and went to Patna along with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25021 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 one Sujeet Kumar, who happens to be the son of the petitioner no.2. Further submission is that petitioners have falsely been made accused in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Town P.S.
