2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.211 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is said to have killed his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is delayed by the prosecution and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 11.06.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27624 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.211 of 2023.
