ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2019 in connection with Special Case No.3072 of 2019 arising out of Khushurupore P.S. Case No.84 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the recoveries were made from the door steps (darwaza) of the petitioner, the alleged recoveries have been saddled on her shoulders and she is languishing on jail.
