JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,452,376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. It is specifically alleged that co accused Dharmendra Mahto and Mahesh Mahto entered into the house of the informant and tried to ravish her when the informant recognized them, thereafter when the father in law of the informant went to make complain then the petitioners assaulted him.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against co accused Dharmendra and Mahesh.

No.55688 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No.153 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
