2. Permission is accorded.

3 . This bail petition of petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn .

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No. 1 and the State .

5 . Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 325 , 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

6. As per the prosecution case , this petitioner caught

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27010 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/3 informant and ordered to kill him upon which co-accused Golu Kumar stabbed him in stomach with knife three - four times.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of causing stabbed wound is against coaccused Golu Kumar. Petitioner is only alleged to be order giver and caught hold of informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature .

8 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

9. Considering the fact that specific accusation is against other co-accused person , and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner No. 1 , as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Manuapool P.S. case No. 33 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
