JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-03-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the husband of the petitioner was working as Panchayat teacher on the date of selection. At this stage, it is also admitted that a Panchayat teacher is in government service and mere fact that he has been appointed on contractual basis would not make any difference in its status.

This being the position, this Court finds no error with the impugned order.

This application is dismissed accordingly.
