This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.01.2017 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1st, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 13 of 2016 by which the cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and other co-accused for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 504 read with 34 of the IPC and Section 3(i) (x) of the SC/ST Prevention of Attrocities Act and Section 10 of the POCSO Act.
