Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State. 2.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Vikramganj P.S. Case No. 429 of 2020 registered under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is civil dispute between the parties. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. 4.

Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28909 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Vikramganj P.S.
