Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant, Shri Nagendra Upadhyay.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No. 1 has antecedent of one case and petitioner No. 2 is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and in sum and substance the allegation is that complainant paid some amount to the petitioners for seeking government job through

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant submits that he has instructions not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. 5.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 378 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
