2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 121, 379, 414, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 of the U.A.P. Act.

3. As per prosecution story, upon secret information that co-accused Ajmeri Begum has concealed parts of A.K.-47 rifle in her field near bank of river Ganga, a raid was conducted and huge quantity of A.K.-47 rifles kept in plastic bags were

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Md. Rizwan @ Bhutto. Save and except confessional statement, there is no material on record to show the complicity of this petitioner in the alleged offence. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2019 and till date, trial has not been concluded.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation, period of custody and slow and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
