The petitioner Sandeep Singh and the opposite party no.2 Parul Devi, who are husband and wife respectively, are personally present.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piro Police Station Case No.281 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 326, 406, 420, 498(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner submits that, now, there is no

The opposite party no.2 submits that during her stay at her matrimonial house, no major trouble was faced by her and she showed her satisfaction at present and wants to lead her conjugal life with her husband (petitioner) at her matrimonial house.

Since the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife respectively, have no grievance with each other and the opposite party no.2 wants to lead her conjugal life with her husband (petitioner) at her matrimonial house, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Arrah, in connection with Piro Police Station Case No.281 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
