JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment made over public way, situated in village Sirsiya, Thana No.157, Circle-Bathnaha, DistrictSitamarhi, however, the respondent has filed a counter affidavit today in the Court itself, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that an encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No.12 of 2018-19 was initiated and after the same was taken to its logical conclusion, the encroachment in question has already been removed.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18882 of 2015(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 petitioner submits that the petitioner is now having no subsisting grievance.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
