The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Rajgir P.S. Case No.188 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 304 (B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, there was a demand of dowry and non-fulfillment of demand has caused the death of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage has taken place nine years earlier and lady was not keeping good health and on that account she committed suicide.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19072 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
