Appointments in question were cancelled in 1998. Initially, a direction was given to institute a criminal case, however, thereafter all the appointments were cancelled, which
Patna High Court L.P.A No.367 of 2021(3) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 were done without any advertisement or without the post being sanctioned. Keeping in view, all such illegal appointments were nullified way back in the year 1998. The learned single Judge thus dismissed the writ petition finding no reason to further examine the matter.
We find no infirmity in the impugned order. Accordingly, the Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, stands also disposed of.
