JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) 25-10-2016 This P.I.L. is directed for shifting the Anganwari Center No.193 to another place closer to habitation. From the facts, it is clear that substantial amount of money having been spent and the Anganwari Center having already been constructed, now an objection is being raised by this P.I.L. In our view, as no cause has been made, we are not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
